This is our premium service where you get a dedicated team working exclusively on your vacancy, you will always have access to the team, and we will work around your busy schedule. As part of the service you will get access to Seven’s extensive network of contacts, we will provide a proactive and targeted headhunt campaign, advertising is included, social media will be used and online job boards to ensure no stone is left unturned. As we are working together and because on the retained solution there is a small upfront financial commitment, we can also offer a great cost-effective solution.
Contingency Search and Selection
This is still a good service where we will provide a market search, the main difference is the time and resource which we are able to allocate to your vacancy. This service generally does not give as much choice as the retained solution.
This in short is where you do not have an immediate recruitment requirement or where you wish to be prepared to hire quickly as positions arise within your company. We would engage with talent within your industry and assess which candidates are open to new opportunities within your organisation and the type of roles they would be open to.
Job Advertising and CV filtering
This service is where we take a brief of the job vacancy, write the advert and then post on a number of popular online jobsites, we would then filter and send over appropriate responses with no additional recruitment costs other than the upfront payment for providing this service, a very good service when headhunting is not considered necessary.
Skills and Psychometric Testing
We partner with several providers to give further insight into the shortlisted candidates which will assist the recruitment process, this is particularly useful for second stage interviews when looking for questions to probe.
