Job Description: We are currently working exclusively with a leading Rigid Packaging business who are looking for a Key Account Manager to spearhead a number of the Key Accounts in the FMCG market.
Reporting to the Owners of the business we are looking for a Professional and Personable results driven Account Manager who can drive the accounts into a new era of growth.
- Reporting to the Owners we are looking for a solution based Sales professional who can be the main point of contact for a number of the businesses senior accounts.
- Interacts effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Report back to the Research and Development teams what the market is looking for so the business can continue on its quest to be the top quality product in the marketplace.
- We are looking for someone who can develop new business with an already existing top spending account. Upselling, Cross selling and being a Consultative sales professional.
- Participates in monthly performance reviews as defined in the annual business plan and channel playbooks.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Packaging Materials industry
- Problem-solving skills, conflict management and solution based.
- Ability to work with different customers at all levels to work through problems in a simplified way.
- We are looking for a strong team player who leads from the front in terms of standards, time management and attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Domestic travel throughout the US, valid passport required.
